Title : Hummingbird Heartbeat
Rating : PG-13
Summary : In which Sam is shy, Dean is startled, and Cas becomes a little more human.
Author's Notes : Moving another fic over from ff . net. Bless, this was my first piece of full-on Sassy. I feel so sentimental just re-posting this :') It hasn't really been changed since then, so you're seeing it in it's

I find that part so hot. Castiel being demanding and stubborn, and just the entitlement he feels in touching Sam - that of course he can reach out and turn Sam's face to his own. I like confident-and-oblivious Cas.
And after the kiss, I found it so cute the way Castiel's confidence faltered, the way he was so human in putting something off until he felt more able to do it, and then that perfect moment of giving in to his desires and just pinning Sam to a wall and ravishing him. Mmmm, I approve of this plan of action :D

And I have a not-so-secret love for wall kisses. Or people just being pinned against walls. Or anything to do with walls basically. Huh. Well, that's an odd realisation to have.
I love this review so much, you've picked up on all of the little things I had hoped people would notice, like the way Cas "was so human in putting something off" - because for me this was all about getting Castiel into a situation where he would have to fall back on human instincts and learn from the experience.
I'm so very glad you liked it, thanks so much for the great comment!:D

I realised this was just another fic in which I included half-naked!Sam. I think I have a problem ^_^

So freaking awesome! I loved Castiel's determination to investigate Sam's strange behavior(crush 'giggles') towards him. But, the best part was his tackle of Naked Sam, followed by much kissage, followed by the confused WTF from Dean. :) Loved it!

Plus, I greatly approve of the use of capitals in "Naked Sam". I think this needs to be one of my tags, it's starting to become a trademark of mine :D
Ahh, this review is just what I needed, thanks so much for the kind words!

Both Sammy and Cas are so perfectly in character. They're both so awkward and adorable it made me giggle. Poor Cas, he just wasn't prepared for Sammy wet and in nothing but a towel. There is just no resisting that.

This could be one of the nicest reviews I have ever gotten. I can't even begin to say how grateful I am. Considering all of the truly epic Sassy fics out there this makes me so unbelievably happy!
"Perfectly in character" - This is perhaps the best comments you could ever give someone, so I am really proud that you felt this!
And there truly is no resisting Wet!Sam in a towel. The amount of times I haven't listened to the dialogue of a scene because I've been distracted by bare chests...
But seriously. I can't thank you enough for this comment!! Now I should probably go before I make a complete fool out of myself :D

Also. "Sam flicked through the pages of his book with shaking, panicked hands." OH SAM WE'VE ALL BEEN THERE!
And. "Castiel sighed as he felt his resolve snap." Love it! Feels so Castiel. And gives everything this feeling of inevitability.
I'm all smiley. I can't stop.

And the shaking hands thing happened to me recently - someone you like finally comes within touching distance and you freak out. Poor Sam. Angels suck with personal space.
I'm so glad you're all smiley. Makes me happy to know the effect this has had. D'aww :D
Thanks for the great review!
