It's possible that my trusty van is dead. Loud hissing and steam emanated from under the hood after only a few minutes of driving around the other day. Here's the quote:

I changed the radiator once on my car. It's not a particularly fun job, but it's certainly do-able. And I too did it with a used radiator to save money. Call around to parts yards in your area, see if anyone has one they can just pull from another truck. Cheap cheap cheap.

Corey has been working on his car a lot lately. He just reads a bunch of shit online and watches videos online at expert village and he befriended a mechanic while buying new tires at a Mr. Tire here. He offered to give him a lesson or two here and there for a bottle of wine or some wine knowledge. I guess you just have to talk about your interest in learning to do your own shit on your own with those who know how to do them. One of them is bound to show you how. Like the Trek guys here... when i told them that i was trying to fix my flat and install a new stem they took me under their wing and explained to me what i needed to do and what i had to watch out for. There is still hope in humanity, you just have to talk about your intentions! :D ( ... )

I've changed a couple radiators. If you want help/company to complain with/positive distraction while working, gimme a call.

I also recommend getting one of the complete tear down/rebuild service manuals for your particular van model. I've bought one for every car I've owned and they've been a godsend whenever I needed to work on something.

See you at May Day, sucka!

Still sitting here surprised that no one has said anything about the sad water-colored imagery (at least that I got) of you playing with these girls, knowing the back story.

Good luck on the radiator. I agree with B, expertvillage.com has taught me many things I needed to learn how to do. You should contribute a tutorial or two there for stuff you know how to do.
