He blushed more when Karin's girlyness came to life when she heard how he felt. At first, Zaku was a little startled by here eager "yes" reply, and he was quite relieved when she hugged him. He hugged her back, though he was a little hesitant to get her clothes all wet, too. That was easier than I thought it'd be.
Zaku smiled and let himself just enjoy the moment. The way Karin had spoke... he figured that she really was expecting this. "Hehe, that's great!" Zaku found himself to be struggling to find the appropriate words to say to her. He was truly speechless...

She slowly looked back up to Zaku to measure his expressions, a little unsure of how she should take this entire situation, but remained standing in front of him, "I'm sorry you had to get so wet though. It might be a little late, but I have an umbrella. Should we go get out of the weather and go someplace warmer, and drier? I'd feel terrible if you caught a cold on my account."
It was still early, she thought, as she took a brief look at the time and hoping that they might be able to do something before she'd have to go. "I have to be somewhere at seven, but I'd like to hang out with you some, if that's ok with you."

"...Don't worry about the wet clothes, I'll be fine." Zaku said in a typical male fashion, though the thought of being nice and warm did seem very appealing. "It'll dry out on it's own." He smoothly switched the subject to someplace to go. "Hey, are you hungry?"

"Yea," she replied, "I am kinda hungry. I didn't remember to bring my lunch this morning, so a late lunch would be great. What do you recommend, because I'm up for anything really."
She opened up her umbrella while under the shelter. A small carry-along umbrella like hers didn't provide very much protection when considering how much room a golf-umbrella would. I guess we'll have to walk closer together then, she thought happily to herself. "We can share the umbrella if you'd like, although I'm sorry that it's not very big."

"There's a new pizzeria that opened not too far from here. Interested?" Zaku wasn't sure what kind of food cravings he had. He just wanted something hot after being soaked in the cold rain.
Zaku saw how small the umbrella was, but he didn't mind. The closer, the better. "You're umbrella is perfect!" He tried to hide his excitement as best he could, wanting to take up a more reserved nature around her, but it was hard. He was just feeling really damn good!
