gettin' back mah writing muse

Ok, second attempt. Let's try to get back my writing muse! I bought some novels at Popular's Book Fest last Monday (which I'll post about later in due time), have been trying to read some stories @ FictionPress & FanFiction.net, and when I pondered more on them, I recalled the small happy feeling I got each time I posted a fanfic. I used to write at FF.net a couple of years ago, too! But then I stopped because my account got hacked. :| I totally understand what you're saying, though. When I look at my past works, I'm like, "I don't think I can write anything like this (anymore) to save my life!" D: I want my muse back, too, Dora!

Don't worry about replying! I don't check my LJ everyday and there's really no need to reply to my every comment unless you want to. ♥

O_O! Got hacked?! How? I am really sorry about your account...it must've been really really really unpleasant... What's that lousy hacker doing with it now?
Hmm, I only got a little back, but that's maybe because the story is still incomplete. What I did was read my past works, recall the happy feeling, and then sit in front of the com with nice music playing in Winamp and an empty Windows Document right in front. That might help...hopefully, Trisha. >.<

The truth is, the more you chase your muse, the more it stays away. Sit back and relax. Just hold a pen and a paper and you'll be writing the best story ever. You don't really have to get back your muse. You just need to believe in yourself that you can construct a simple story into something even better. So don't be sad when you can't write. Time will come, you'll be writing again. :)

And don't worry about not replying with my comment. I'm busy with school and I don't quite open my LJ anymore. :D Haha. *hugs* You take care always, Yappie. I miss you. :)

I wrote on that day I tried getting my muse back. I guess I got back a little, and I have a feeling the muse will come back in full force when I finish that story. :D

Hmmm...I guess I am doing fine? I am currently have a week of holidays, but I'll have to study, since final exams of Form 4(16) are coming up soon... >.<
