Not if you use the economy airmail shipping that comes with the price of the items.

In order to lift a sending limit, you have to add a bank account to your paypal and verify it. That or you have to also add a credit card or verify your address.

Unfortunately, I don't have any extra in order to pay for another one. Sorry! If you can't get it fixed, then perhaps you can ask a friend to use their paypal.

Sorry I wasn't able to reply sooner. My friend went to the stores and all the cd's were sold out. Even the regular editions. I might be able to find them on Yahoo Auctions, but the prices will be higher. Did you want me to try and find them for you there?
