Walking lots and lots!

I've been walking a ton and eating better.  Now I just need to lose weight... @_@;  I am stuck 5 pounds above my recent lowest weight... but I'm thinking it might be muscle from all those miles walking.  :3  I'm hoping so.

Today I ate a can of beans and 2 vegetarian "chicken" sandwitches so far.  :3  For dinner I might have spaghetti and marinara.

It seems endless sometimes doesn't it? Hopefully it is muscle but here is a plateau buster I often use. It works for me but every body is different you know. Change out your workout. If you've been walking everyday, switch it out for calisthenics or belly dancing or something. Just for a couple days. It keeps your body from building a tolerace to the work you're doing. I hopr that helps some.
