fucking wips! that's TWICE now i've started reading something i didn't realize wasn't complete. i used to not give a shit; i really didn't understand the big fuckin' deal. i have since discovered that i am not a patient person when it comes to fic, and having to wait wait wait indefinitely turns me into a cranky whore. crankier, anyhow. *kicks

i'm continually finding awesome bandom 'classics' that are brand spanking new to me (one perk of coming in late to a new fandom), so i get to chomp chomp chomp my way through chapter after chapter and appendices and codas and \o/! but when i get to the end and it's not actually OVER YET and worse it's sort of a CLIFFHANGER and was last updated FIVE MONTHS AGO?!l i sort of want to flop on the ground and tantrum like a four year old.

...of course if i had just read the headers properly, i would have known going in. SCROLL BLAH BLAH WARNINGS GIVE ME THE FIC. fail, krit.

The only bigbang I've read so far is the one you told me about, "A Finer Command of Language". That thing was amazing and awesome. I still think about it sometimes, and it's been weeks since I read it.

BIG BANG MASTERLIST. oh bunnie, i could rec some AMAAAAAAAAAAZING mcr bigbangs, if that were your cup o'tea. ;) sadly, i still haven't read any of the other panic bigbangs. it's not like i don't enjoy those boys... i think i just always want MOAR FRANK/GERARD and sometimes it's hard to see past that. panic boys make great secondary characters in fic, though! i love surprise appearances. <3 and i have no doubt (based on the quality of the mcr fic) that the panic bigbangs are also AMAAAAAAZING. so GO! READ! REC! :D

Thanks for the link to the masterlist! I had that at one point, and then lost it. I shall not lose it again.

And I've been wanting to try the slave!fic, but I want to wait until I have the time to devote to it (I'm in the middle of a novel again. Tsk. BOOKS. So passé). SO MUCH FIC, SO LITTLE TIME. It's a beautiful thing, actually. :D
