Goals and plans!

So at work today, I was really thinking about some goals  I might have, and I came up with a few! So I thought I'd make an LJ entry with them listed, mostly for me to remember, and for others to see... and maybe do one of their own : D So its not only a bunch of goals for just this year, but they can be goals for the next few years :3 Of course I'
