I was reading back through my 40k posts, and it looks like I got most of what I wanted.
Guardsmen are cheaper.
Heavy Weapon Teams are clear and unambiguous, even if I don't like the method of making them so.
Command squads can be bigger now, though it's expensive to do so.
Armoured Companies are certainly feasible, though not perfect.
Enginseer's servitors are separate
Armored Fists (via the Veterans option) have no prerequisite.
Armored Sentinels aren't what I was hoping for, but I really like them.
Hellhound variants exist now.
