Can you make wigs from horse hair?

You can, but I wouldn't recommend it. Horse hair is heavy and stiff. You'd be better off using Kanekalon (like jumbo braid), Crepe wool, or brushed out yarn.

I had forgotten to mention, but the wigs you posted look awesome.

I was curious if I sent you a head in the future, could you build and attach a wig to it?

Usually for fursuit heads I weft the hair onto the head itself.

I could make a separate wig, but it would be kind of pointless unless you wanted the hair removable.
