If you don't mind a 200K word fic (and totally don't blame you if you do...) this is the one where your prompt comes into play. The fic is still a WIP in its closing stages and I haven't gotten to Annie's reaction to the injury yet (which should happen in the next few chapters) but Ch 48-50 address the injury and the immediate aftermath.
