Yay! I can't eat heavily right before training, it sucks. However, I've found large dinners seem to work pretty well in place of big breakfasts for me.
I ate around 9 and went running around noon. So, I had time to digest...For races I can't manage, though 'cause they are normally at ridiculously early times! That's when I go for a bagel and a clif bar. Mmm. Sorta.
