I don't think you should be too hard on yourself since Robert Downey Jr. looks nothing like Holmes to begin with ^^;

I loved that film too, although it took a few too many liberties with the book canon for my tastes. Too much kung fu, too little sleuthing ^^; Nevertheless it was fun and its portrayal of Irene Adler was just PERFECT.

You are now even MORE awesome in my eyes for loving Holmes. That was my first ever fandom XDDDDD and probably my longest-standing one.

I just delight in the meticulous detailing of their attire and their zanily comedic poses. Lol, poor Watson <3
