Call me sick, but I actually prefer the more bloody coloring. The other looks like they fell in a vat of oil or something... And given the nature of blood, a little really does go a long way. It actually looks very realistic, so maybe I should wonder if perhaps you are sick as well. XD

It all looks great! It would be awesome if they released colored manga, but it would be so expensive..

but won't oil make them more shiny? i haven't been dumped in oil so i wouldn't know lol
hahahahah. i'm starting to think i do have a sick mind. i've done previous "bloody" pictures and they're worse than this. lol

Wow -- excellent job! You did great with these. I like the last one with the blood (D: Poor Zel/Amelia!). Blood is very hard to do realistically but you did a good job with this. I've never seen any of the SAW movies because I'm a fraidy cat lol but my husband has and now that you mention it... XD; But seriously, Zel and Amelia could kick Jigsaw's ass any time, haha.

SAW movies just love to display A LOT of blood and gore whenever they can. Sometimes i feel bad thinking about all the water they had to use to make those fake blood.

LOL THEY WOULD! as long as no one tells Amelia there are ghosts, they'll do great. And Zel? good luck cutting him with anything lol.

roflmao I'm telling you -- Jigsaw is DOOMED. That would be an excellent Halloween parody picture or crack-fic. The Slayers vs. Jigsaw. XDXD One Dragon Slave later and it's over, man, OVER. Oooh -- Xellos vs. Jigsaw. Now that could get nasty. For Jigsaw anyway lol.

Well, I don't mind the bloody one, in fact, I like it better. I'm not into "gorean" stuff, but I find the pic more realistic and dramatic than the other version (and, after all, I once drew a *covered in blood* pic about Zel ^_~)It fits the scennary pretty well.
Perhaps the only mistake is the "too dark" colouring; not the scenne, but the colouring. There is a heavy contrast between that pic and the page one.

(BTW, I started to read the report you did about your trip to Orlando... but I haven't finished it yet! ^^UUUU)

hmmm. blood color is pretty tricky in my opinion. when it's too bright, it looks like paint. if it's too dark, it's too creepy. but you do have a point. natural blood is pure red for healthy people. XD;;

(lol don't worry about it. i'm sure everyone's busy around this time of year)
