Things are getting interesting now. I'm pretty amazed at Arthur's reaction. Most people would have acted differently in this kind of situation but he sure is mature about it. You did a very good job creating their characters, by the way. I mean Yao is acting like an arse but I can still feel some sympathy for him, which is rare, and Arthur and Alfred are amazing as well. I was a little surprised though at Alfred's reaction. I took him for the type who would immediately call Arthur after receiving this later, but I guess that would have shortened everything even more.
Anyway, a lovely chapter and I'm looking forward to the next as eagerly as always.
Oh by the way, Victoria is awesome. Arthur's lucky to have a secretary like her.^^

I'm also surprised by Alfred's reaction. I know that this story is more about them staying together than getting together but it seems like there was something missing from the scene. I sort of expected Alfred's emotional state to crumble so quickly. (Then again, I have known people like that in real life).

Arthur's reaction was kinda charming. It's no surprise why Alfred was drawn to him. But I hope that Alfred does grow up sooner or later. His self-esteem is really low.... I wonder what Arthur would do. It is frustrating to be in a relationship with someone who isn't on the same emotional level.
