Zeke just hates Al. He doesn't think he's good for Arthur and he thinks that he's all good, when we all know that's not true. Dev was trying to get over Arthur, but he was also doing what Al did- try to get to know the other side of Arthur. Only, it didn't work because he didn't like it. Mainly because it's something Alfred is so deeply involved with.
