So a little while ago I got a message on Twitter from an old boss asking me to contact him about a job. I sent in my latest résumé and had a first interview there on Friday. I think it went pretty well; they had me fill out background check paperwork and said there'd be at least one more interview. Haven't heard anything about it yet

I would have said what you said too - you don't have to line it up because it's circular. His answer isn't even an answer because a lip can easily be made with any shape.
