personally, i think grad school can be a bit overrated sometimes. and technically, you could always decided to go back later in life if you change your mind, so i wouldn't think you should have any obligation to go if it's just gonna be extra stress for you right now.

well hey - i think that's just fine. sometimes it's good to be rash and hasty, especially if you know what you want. saves time. people just call it "rash and hasty" because they may not know what you want, or think that you want something else (maybe something they want, even). and grad school is totally do-able like 10 years from now. that's what my american japanese teacher did - worked for 10 years in japan, became AMAZING at it, then went back to grad school.
