T-ara's "Sexy Love" holds its chart place with its points falling in its second week from 25,414,429 to 23,801,053. Is this really a fanvid? That's cool! It's hilarious, also I kinda like the idea that a cute girl is promoting herself through a video with three dorky guys who only at the very end manage a small flash mob.

Obviously, it has more money behind it than the average fan vid, and it's posted on the YouTube site of the record label, Dline Art Media. I'm taking "UCC" in the video heading to mean "user-created content" rather than, say, "undepreciated capital cost." The third sentence of the blurb says, "이 영상은 특강 UCC로 유명한 고등학생 이신혁군과 그의 친구들이 만든 신곡의 UCC 동영상 이다," which Google Translate turns into the following mess: "This video is the new song and his friends made a high school student who is hyeokgun special lectures famous as the UCC UCC videos."

Hi, Frank. Against all precedent I am going to our 40th high school reunion next weekend.

In past years when trying to explain to myself why I wouldn't attend these things I always used to say (among other things) "Nah, the people I'd really want to see would never show up." But it seems to be not so true this time. I'll be thinking of you, though! And talking about you, no doubt.

As part of my preparation for the event (who does homework for a high school for a high school reunion? but I've got myself a reading list here) I have been rereading the What Thing chapter in your book.
