Seems, I have gone crazy again. I joined NaNoWriMo - and I am desperate to finish this time.
God help me. At least this year, I have kept a lot of the weekends and evenings free - so hopefully, time enough to write - if I can keep away from being distracted lol

Yes, I do participate in this madness as well. It's my second year. :D Careful, it's addicting!
And I debated writing in my native language too, but then - English won. ;)
Which genre are you writing, if you don¨t mind me prying... ;)

I certainly don't mind...;-)
I write a kind of biografie. I had some hefty up and downs the last few years, with a lot of change - especially in the human relationship sector (partner, family, friends) and all of this year, I felt somehow out of tune with myself. I also used to write and do crafty things a lot, and all that dried out. So - I use NaNo two ways. 1. I write about me, to find out what I want and where to go (hopefully) and 2. I hope to get my creative flow back. The second thing seems to work - but I am not so sure about part 1. I starte out well, but all of a sudden, the whole thing turns into a history of my family. Ain't it strange, how writing gets a will of it own...;-)
But all in all, I feel really good.
So - what about you? What are you writing and why in English? You live in England/USA/etc.
