Over the past year or so I've been making a conscious effort to live a more healthier lifestyle. Getting out and exercising as well as watching what I eat. I wouldn't consider myself on a strict diet, but just being conscious about portion control and not eating too many unhealthy or fried foods and such

As for the shakes, you can make them without the protein powder too! Really, you just add it in for the nutritional benefit. Without it, they'd just be fruit smoothies which are equally as delicious~!

I usually throw in protein powder (strawberry), frozen raspberries, and skim milk. I'll mix it up with other frozen fruit too (mangos or strawberries) but I find raspberries usually blend the easiest~

Shakes and smoothies!
I would have never though to try these things as a breakfast substitute. To me, breakfast has always been cereal or hearty oatmeal, or on weekends big bacon & eggs type deals.
More liquified food! Of course! Genius!
