For the moment I seem to be alright. I'm near some sort of cave. Not that this is probably much of a help to anyone in locating me.

[He thinks that wandering around aimlessly is a stupid idea, but doesn't say it. Though he's been tempted to do it himself, just to see if he can locate anyone.]

[Minato doesn't recognize Giles, but the man seems as lost as himself... And he hasn't run into anyone else in person yet, so maybe going by the phone is the best way.

Are there any landmarks near you? Perhaps we can try locating one another.

Just -- lots of trees. None of them are particularly distinguishable, though I passed a small clearing a while back... What about you?

Some sort of cave. [Giles looks up toward the canopy over his head.] Perhaps if I climbed one of these trees I might be able to at least get an idea of the lay of the land...
