Who: Theodore takoyakistrap, Arisato Hamuko cheeryheroine Where: Sapphire Park When: Evening. First day. Open/Closed: Closed but anyone could join if they really wanted to. Rating: PG? Around there?
Theo's eyes darkened slightly at the mention of the Fall and he slowly looked away. "After the Fall, I would remain with my master. I doubt much would change in the Velvet Room." He muttered.
It wasn't a nice thought... to think of how it had been before she had taken him on their outings and how it would be similar after the Fall. It would be that quiet. That lonely. At least before he had met her, he hadn't really known any different.
"Perhaps you will still have the opportunity to overcome the Fall. Perhaps our situation here... will not hinder your ability to defeat Nyx." He smiled faintly and placed a hand on her arm. "There is no reason to consider the negative outcomes. Let us stray away from such dark topics."
The Fall wouldn’t affect the residents of the Velvet Room much; after all, it was something akin to a separate dimension. It would only affect the rest of the world. I chooseth this fate of mine own free will. That was what she agreed to when she signed that contract when she first began living in Iwatodai. And she had chosen to fight against the Fall. She, alongside her fellow Persona users, had decided to stop Nyx. A sad smile crossed her features when she looked back at Theodore.
“I hope you’re right,” She said. “but I am feeling a bit anxious. S.E.E.S and I have one month left before we face Nyx. I can say the kidnappers picked me up at the worst time ever.” Her anxious feelings then vanished with Theodore’s hand touching her arm. She slightly blushed, but thought nothing of it. “
Mhm, I’m only going be upset, thinking about it now,” She paused, pressing her lips together. There was still one thing bothering her. Would she be able to summon her Personae? Her question was caught in her throat.
"Things will work out the way they were meant to. You have proved yourself time and time again to my master." Theo stated and allowed his hand to drift away from her arm, his own face having faded a slightly pinker shade.
That was to say that he trusted her as well. While the fall may have not directly effected his well being, it would create changes...
"But yes, now is not the time to think of such matters. We find ourselves sharing a similarly unfortunate situation. It would be best that we tend to that before all else." He told her, catching that look of unease that had seemed to so suddenly overwhelm her. "Is something else on your mind? Something I can help with?"
"My abilities." She said without thinking. Her eyes widened when she realized she blurted it out. Oh well, the cat was out of the bag. There were no such thing as take backs. Theo would only worry about her more.
"I don't know if you have the answer, but I'm wondering if they would work here if Dark Hour does exist here too." Fumbling to get her Evoker, she showed it to Theodore. When she was 'kidnapped', she had it on her. "What do you think? Would it exist here too?"
"Your abilities." Theo repeated and tilted his head with a frown. He had not even thought of his own. It was true that he himself represented power in it's truest form... and yet, he felt nothing since his arrival. Admittedly, even if his abilities remained, that did not mean one such as Hamuko would still retain her own.
To summon Personae, he need only a thought. Hamuko required her evoker... and special as his guest was, he would not have been surprised if this place sealed away those abilities entirely, even with the possession of her evoker.
"It is my believe that the Dark Hour does not occur here. This city gives the feel of a different dimension, much like the atmosphere of the Velvet Room. Night and day changes but it is as though time does not pass. Nyx holds no threat in this city... and without all the elements that bring her existence, I find myself doubting you would have the ability to summon." He sighed and met her gaze with his own, "However, if you find it worth attempting, I cannot say it would hurt."
