YTM is a good, light drama to watch! And yes, like everyone's been saying don't skip episodes. You'll be missing a lot. If you want to watch another drama of Sho I'd recommend "The Quiz Show (Season 2)." It's kind of heavy, though, so don't watch it when you're not in a good mood.
Off-topic, but can I add you as a friend? :D I checked your profile and found out that we both like Sho. XD And I have the impression that you're a Filipino like I am (because of the shows you like to watch), but then again I may be wrong.
