In this episode, Jarod tries to help a Cambodian woman avenge the death of her family at the hands of a war criminal - who is also an ally of Mr. Lyle. At the same time, Miss Parker also tracks down the connection from the Centre.

In 'Ghosts from the Past', Jarod infiltrates a racial hate group to stop the bombing of a Unity event. Back at the Centre, Angelo is convinced that an old enemy of Jarod's is about to return and threaten Jarod's life. Sydney, Broots and Miss Parker try to track down who this person might be.
