We've been playing these two new boardgames, which are really fun.  Seafall is a legacy game proper, Mechs vs Minions is almost a legacy game in the sense that it has 10 missions, each of which takes around 60-90 minutes so  you would never play it in one sitting ( Read more... )

Yesterday I wrote a non-spoilery post about Pandemic Legacy which we have been playing with Tony and Chen since October 2015!! The campaign has been long and hard and has taken us 17 games to finish. Alas, we finished it tonight, but overall were unsuccessful :'( Nonetheless, it was awesome fun and I really cannot recommend this game enough ( Read more... )

Dan likes board games as opposed to party games so you'll never find him playing games like Balderdash, Cranium, Articulate or Pictionary (all of which I love!)
