Net addiction, calling the Help Desk in Mandarin; modem in Chinese

I clearly have some form of terminal internet addiction. From yesterday morning I wasn't been able to surf the Net. I started feeling a bit anxious yesterday morning, my anxiety increased last night. Then I realised that I didn't have the help line for my ISP and wouldn't be able to go online to find the phone number. I'm dependent on the

I hope you are able to replace your modem without any problems and get your internet back up and running!

Embarrassingly I brought along my China Telecom-provided modem so there was no mistake and they looked at it and sneered and said:"That's the cheapest modem available on the market". :P

No wonder it broke! :)

The IT people there looks more helpful than the ones I have here, i've been waiting for two weeks to have my DSL changed and i had to call them many times until they finally did it.
