I also enjoy it. I agree that it's better than Blood Ties. It's a bit smarter and the acting is better. Blood Ties I largely like because of Henry but Dresden Files is a bit more ensemble and sophisticated. Like I said, Bones is still my favourite but I will definitely tune in for season 2 of Dresden Files if it comes along.

I really like Bianca though. I wish there was more of her in it, but I'm pretty happy with the Harry/Murphy shippage.

Bianca is beautiful. Harry's a bit of a slut, he has so many girls in his life, but I agree that Bianca is good - although I do hope that ultimately he ends up with Murphy :)

I've got this show on my To Watch On Summer Shows list, along with Friday Night Lights, i haven't seen any episode yet, but the argument seemed interesting, so i think i'll enjoy it

Yeah, i've started watching Friday Night Lights and Ugly Betty and i want to see Dexter and Dresden and other shows, i don't think i'll have enough time to do it

I bought Ugly Betty but gave it to my brother so I don't have it anymore. I have too many addictions as it is I suppose :D I hope you enjoy Friday Night Lights. I adore Tim Riggins (as is evident :)

EEEEE! I knew you will like it! I really really liked the first season though not to "obsessive" love yet. Which is probably better because every episode of "Dresden Files" season 1 was a step forward for me and the last episode was almost in a scale of "obsessive". :D Apart from the very good actors (Paul is marvelous!!) I think the whole concept is well set up for a long run (as opposite to "Prison break" and "Veronica Mars" which should HAVE HAD an ending!!!!) HAve you read any of the books? They are lovely!!!!

I agree that conceptually it should have the staying power to last for a long time. I think the acting is very good and I really love Dresden as a character - he's so rumpled, lonely and gorgeous :) I have just obtained the books but haven't started reading them yet. I'm looking forward to reading them though!

Do you know if they've been green lit for a second series?

Gosh I don't know but I really, really hope there is a second season. There are many more stories to be told and there's a lot of mileage left in the different dynamics and relationships.
