Pancake angst / Mini pancake pic spam

iynx was talking today about blueberry pancakes. Much as I adore crepes, there's something about pancakes that I love. Part of it's the aesthetic - I just adore the sight of a stack of pancakes.

Yumm, those pics look so good! Especially the blueberry ones! I don't make pancakes that often, mine are never as good as at a diner. When I do make them, I'll make a bunch and then freeze them. They're easy to simply heat up in the microwave, and I can have pancakes for breakfast during the week in 5 seconds! Pure maple syrup (fancy style) from Vermont is my favorite. We're hooked on it and can't stand the fake Log Cabin kind now.
