Eeee this is fabulous. Not only was it a masterful use of panna cotta and redux, but I especially loved this line:

It was more than a game - rather, it resembled ritual, a talisman against growing stale, stiff and cranky.

The Battle for the Gyoza was a thing of joy as well :) Thank you so much.

I fear I was a little cruel to kia but I mean it could have been worse. I could have given her floccinaucinihilipilification. She is lucky to have a friend like me ;)

I'm glad you like! I bet you can sort of guess from where my inspiration came. :)

I love that line, too, mostly because I believe in it so hard.

And eeeek, I feel I got off pretty easy then - and to think I was angsting because I couldn't find a better way to use "redux" (without making dopey jokes about rhyming with "acid reflux" (ewww)) Poor Kia!
