Gosh, what an interesting mix-- the ridiculous to the sublime.

I can certainly see why you'll miss China. The signs alone would keep me in giggling fits for weeks. Thanks for sharing your pics.
Since I'll probably never go to China it's nice to know that I've experienced some of it vicariously through you. :)

I loved your photos, as usual. The Yungang Grottoes pics brought back good memories of my trip there. :) I liked Datong but found it a very industrial city.
