We all know that hotel rooms usually have a copy of the Gideon Bible. I opened my drawer last night and saw that The Four Seasons doesn't just have a Bible :)

*laugh* I look forward to trying my paw at cupcakes. I'm a little nervous though because it will be the very first time ever that I've used the little portable oven that my landlord gave me. I'm not sure how it compares to a 'real' oven. For some reason, I can't help thinking that it will be different.

Yes, it most likely will be different, but through trial and error, I'm sure you will find success! You may want to invest in an oven thermometer - for me, it's a lifesaver in getting accurate temperature readings, and my baking always turns out better.

Heh! I'm going to make cupcakes but for some reason all the recipes call for muffin tins rather than little patty cake tins. Perhaps cupcakes are growing in size!!
