[Kefka happens to be walking back to his room from an excursion into town and notes activity in the room next to his, and pokes his head in the doorway]

Aha... so you're this Mikaela Reginald was going on about... [Kefka stops for a moment, correcting himself] ...er Riku... I still thinks he looks like a Reginald or something of the sort, don't you agree?
