Hey stranger,I just have to say that since I'm currently in the same boat, that I couldn't agree with 3, 4, and 9 anymore than you know!!!! Hope things are going well and if you need another teacher to hear some bitching, feel free to get a hold of me, cuz I'm sure I could use it as well.
You'll get through it. Just go to sleep really really early! Even with a real salary and not the internship crap, it's still a hard profession. It's hard going out with other teachers and meeting people who are bankers or something and are making twice as much and not working anywhere near as hard. Kids especially can be bitches, especially right before spring break...and while they take the FCAT (Florida's MEAP)...but that's a whole different story.
I still think about you, and I know you can get through it all. I also think you should consider moving to Orlando next year...My county alone is hiring like 9000 teachers. I know you'd rather be in Colorado, though ;)
Thanks :) I don't know so much about me and orlando. I dont think we would click. Something about no mountains or snow that just is not right! I know there's lots of jobs there, but we'll see.
I do go to sleep early. Tonight is a late one, b/c we have late start wednesdays which means meetings in the AM and then only 3 classes. It's my night of staying up until 1030... if I can. I'm living dangerously!

Yeah, we're doing child abuse cases right now in one of my classes. Some days, I just want to curl up in my bed.
