shit, man... you've already hit all my usual suggestions for this kind of thing... Except, maybe... Is there a gym near you with a pool you could use? Something with a short-term cheapo membership so you can just get in the pool in the middle of winter? Have you tried driving out somewhere, parking your car and going for a walk in new territory? But I know its gotta be colder than balls up there (it's in the low twenties here), so maybe outside activity isn't the thing... Put on your favorite CD, get into your favorite pajamas, grab a book, make yourself a cup of hot cocoa and curl up?
I've gone through 3 books in 3 days. I've tried herbal tea, meditation, exercise regimen in house (either through DDR, Wii, or push-ups and sit-ups), I've tried wrestling the dogs, walking outside, shit...I don't know what else.
The thing is...my normal sleep cycle is to go to bed around 5AM to 7AM and sleep until 1-2PM...these past couple of days when I've slept...well, they have been anything but consistent. Last night I went to bed at 6PM and slept until 4AM, I"m still up now and my last bit of sleep before then was a couple of hours sometime Monday afternoon.
My body don't want to get itself together...at first I thought it was because I had pushed myself too far into a routine that it rebelled...now I don't know what the shit is going on.
Thanks for the input and support, though, guys. Hope life is treating you all well.
