Yesterday here in Halifax the police announced that they had arrested 2 people, a 20 year old local young man and a 23 year old woman from the USA. This is mind boggling. I am grateful that their plans did not go thought but very sad for the person who did die. These situations are tragic. I hope the best for the others.
