I’ve worn it everywhere since I finished it (it’s been too warm for wool but dammit, I finished it and I’m going to wear it!), and I had a non-knitter come up to me in the mall to say she liked it and wanted to know where I got it! Which is a big deal to me, coming from someone who doesn’t knit.

I did, I wanted a definite shawl length, though this turned out longer than I expected.

Wow! Fabulous and dramatic. Now I want one. Maybe I'll splurge on some yarn as a reward when I've survived this semester.

Yarn rewards are always the best kind, especially since they give you something so nice to look forward to.

Do it! It's addictive, I can already think of a few more projects that I want to buy more Kauni for. It just knits up so prettily!

I meant to add: if you want a rough idea of how much you used, you could always drop it on the scale at the post office (assuming you don't have a kitchen scale).

I also love how happy you look with it. It's great to see people enjoying their projects.
