Sweaters gone wrong

 Foxdiva9 back again. I finished the other pull over and it didn't fit. I'm re-seaming it and giving it to my sister-in-law.
But now my mother's day gift is off track.

I finished(?) the back and it's on a stitch holder as explained.
It says to Cast on again. Do I cast on from where my stitches are held or start other

You'll use another ball. The stitches are being held for when you do the collar, after the shoulders are seamed and stuff.

Oh my god, is the model in that pattern wearing anything underneath the sweater?!

That's not a bra, that's under-boob shadow.

She is not. Hence the extremely awkward pose to make sure her nipples don't poke through the lace.
