I know, right? I was very o.0 when she announced that. But according to her Hector and Irwin and the whole gay side was 'presented in a disgusting way' and it would 'put people off being gay'. Snort. ¬_¬

Poor Molly. I never thought about how awful she must have felt - losing her big brother in such a traumatic way. These two sentences were especially poignant:

She’s not the person he wants to see anyway and she hates seeing the disappointment in his eyes when he realizes it’s her instead of Brian.

It seems to her that, sitting next to him on the couch, their shoulders brushing close, she’s never missed her big brother more.
