The really neat thing about having a kid in school is that they do nifty schmaltzy stuff for you for Mother's Day. Friday, Caleb brought home a geranium he planted in a Dixie cup (they grew them from seeds! Wow!) and a flower he painted with a corny verse that was enough to bring me to tears. Of course, I'm spoiled because Aimee has always done ( Read more... )

Sweet. It can be your Twist initiation blowout. No more stickers, papers, stampers. It's all fiber, baby!

I don't suppose you want help getting items marked for your sale? I'll be at WSU during the midday hours on Friday, but I could show up mid-late afternoon.

I will let you know - it depends entirely on how much I can get done in the next three days. Thank you for the offer!

Ooh, crumbs! I forgot! Jefferson's Fun Night is this Friday. It's over by 7:30. Will you be open to a visitor around 7:45 or 8?

You could ebay the stuff you don't sell at the garage sale. My craftsy friend here says she gets lots of her stuff that way and it might go for more.

Only if you want and have time (Caleb's clothes, I mean.) And I'll save for you the next size for Nathaniel.

I think I may have time. And more importantly I want to tackle clutter that is surrounding us. It's better for you to try and make a little from the clothes than for them to just sit here. I'll see about starting to sort through them during nap time. Everything was washed before going to the garage so that should help at least a little.

I think we're going to eat an early lunch and then hop by the Y today to register for the next session and pay up. :) I've met with one of the fitness trainers and am trying to start a program now. 'Bout time.

Yay for you! I actually just cancelled my Y membership. :o( I'm so sad, but now's the time to do it, since I'm not going to have time and need to free the extra money up in my budget.
