It's really interesting to see the rescue from Leek's point of view! It's great that he thinks he and Lester will never be parted even though he's just lost everything, including his own life. I think you're a little too good at capturing the twisted thoughts of a madman! *g*

I had three ideas for this, so I thought I'd write all of them. Leek's pov of all this is unique, he assumed Lester was going to shot himself after killing Leek.
*snort* I blame the random generator prompt that started it, since then Leek's just gone nuts.
