Very nice.
I like that Sir James is so liberal in his beliefs. Interesting little historical snippet about omegas being warriors in the past - neat societal change.
And boo-hiss for Oily Ollie! Creep!

Glad you liked it.

*nods* Sir James had to be liberal in his beliefs. I think he possibly follows the 'Old Ways', unlike Becker's family.

Becker is very happy not to have to deal with Oily Ollie or Arrogant Phil ;)

Thanks for reading.

Do I need another series?

*adds the bunny to the warren* Of course, I need a bunny first... or even better, a muse.

Looks like Beck has fallen on his feet here.

I like the glimpses of a historical perspective that adds depth to the story.

*nods* Becks has. He's a lucky omega.

Good to know the glimpses worked, I think goldarrow is after more of them ;)

Thanks for reading and for the beta.

Yay! That was awesome! I'm so glad Duke James came along, because it would have been awful if they'd parceled Becker off to Philip or Oliver *g*
I loved the ending!!

*bows* Becker is very happy James arrived. He shudders at the thought of being with either Philip or Oliver.

Good to know the ending worked and thanks for reading.

As I expected, it was no hardship to go back and read tis story, but rather it was very delightful! I love that James follows the "Old Ways", and saves Becker from oily Oliver, and snooty Philip!

I was also pleasantly surprised about the relationship that Becker had with his brother, Edward. From the sequel I had gotten the impression that Edward was a bit of a jerk. I would love to see a story where Edward comes to visit James and Hils!

Good to know. James has to be a far better alpha than either oily Ollie or snooty Phil.

Interesting point re Edward. No, he wasn't a jerk, just a product of his upbringing. While... Edward did say he'd try and visit, so if the muse is willing... maybe.

Thanks for reading.

Lovely! Lucky Hilary that Lester came along and he didn’t get stuck with Oily Ollie (love that nickname btw) or Phillip

*nods* Hils was very lucky that Lester came along. Hee, Ollie just had to be oily ;)
