A little humility's all I need...

Adventures were had the past two days. Short version: I went to Canada to pick up Meghan, but she'd lost a document she needed to cross back to the US. I stayed an extra night and came home last night via the We Are Scientists show in Buffalo, minus Meghan. It's getting fedexed to her. The lesson: don't try to outsmart yourself. WHOA! Four CUPS of sugar?? Yikes! You know who to call (a certain someone in Vancouver) if you decide you need them! But then again...maybe just a pair of CVS glasses is in order?

And please, please, please invest in a pair of ear plugs. You don't want to be in hearing aids before you're 30!

Will cooking lessons teach me "common sense"? I hope so..

And I've been looking into really good ear plugs for a while, but haven't come to any great conclusions. Thanks for the concern!

We carry the little squishable yellow foam ones (the kind you knead and then stick in your ear) with us all the time. You never know when a show or concert is going to be WAY too much! They're carried at any hardware store for those who use power tools. You can still enjoy the music but with no long-term damage. :)
