Who is this Milkman? While the name honestly sounds ridiculous, it seems that many of the people here are terrified of this newly made mayor.

I don't know anything about that either. Though, I could hardly care less what happens to the buildings in this godforsaken hellhole. My only concern is if anyone that matters was hurt.

According to people I've spoken to this milkman seems to be the cause of some of the trouble here. He poisoned the milk for a time.
