Arlene J. Higginbotham-White, 62, of New Haven, died May 31, 2009 at home. She was born in Fort Wayne to the late Ellwood and Edith Hirschbiel. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Haven and gave to many charities. She retired in 1998 as a LPN after 25 years
