In my job I come across charts with unusual, yet familiar diagnosis. Today I came across a chart where the patient was diagnosed with a "spastic colon." This diagnosis should be familiar to you Chuck fans, since it was used as an excuse a few times during the first season or two.

It put a smile on my face. :)
