Guess all of the Marvel-themed rides and stuff at Universal's parks are heading now to Chez Mickey.

That aspect should be interesting. It sounds like Disney was going to honor all of Marvel's contracts with other companies, and I'm guessing that includes the Universal parks, although for how long is the big question.
