I don't think we're in Kansas, or on Earth, honestly. From what I've gathered, this place takes in all kinds of people and creatures from different worlds (strange as it sounds). Sometimes even people who've died show up too, somehow.

So far, no one's sure of how to escape but you don't have to worry because I'll protect you.
