I have a friend that I've known since he was born. He's a marine and stationed here in NC not far from where I live. His wife is having MAJOR MAJOR dental problems. She's in so much pain she's not eating much of anything. She's currently down to 87.5 lbs, and we all know thats not healthy for anyone!! They are saying that she needs most of her

Sweetie as a woman with MAJOR MAJOR dental problems (you should remember me not smiling much when we met) I can honestly say keep praying. She might get with her husband's command and see if there is even a small chance of the base dental clinic stepping in and helping. Tell her not to hold her breath though. The clinic at Moody was willing to work with me but they made the decision a month before we were due to move and that just threw all the plans out of the window. She can check with local dentists and see if one of them would be willing to do payment arrangements. Some of them do. Maybe come tax time (Jan. 22nd W-2's are available on MyPay) she can pay a decent amount up front and work out a payment plan for the rest. I don't know but I surely feel for the woman. It pains me to know she is going through the exact same thing I am. I'm looking to just have all of mine pulled and get dentures and I am still looking at close to 8 grand out of my pocket. I'm less than thrilled.
