I wish I was happier about this. It's much too late in the year to be starting such a project. Even by my revised game-plan, I expected to be done by now. At this point, a rather large part of me wants to run screaming. But logically, it's still a good idea. Or at least, I don't have a better one

This was an association, right? With Rules About Things? Do you have a copy of the rules for what can and can't be done to the yard? You know, just curious....

Bylaws and regs are here. It sounds pretty un-restrictive on paper; we'll see how it is in practice.
